OUR CONSTITUTION

YADDA has a formal constitution, run under a management committee. We have an Annual General Meeting which allows for other members to act on the Committee and set the aims and goals for the organisation annually. We also have a 5 year longer plan which is also reviewed annually.

We are a VOLUNTEER GROUP and NON-PROFIT Making. All funds raided are used soley for the use of the Group. We have a Teasurer and accounts.
